We are delighted to confirm that the following college teams have made it through to the semi- finals and now have to prepare a short video describing their menu and the inspiration behind why they have chosen to showcase that country/countries cuisine.
The six colleges who have made it to the final will be announced the on February 19th.

ABOUT USZest Quest Asia was founded as the ‘Asian Junior Chefs Challenge’ by London-based restauranteurs Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala in 2013 in collaboration with the Master Chefs of Great Britain.
The first competition finals took place in 2014, after which it was re-branded and known as Zest Quest Asia. The founders envisioned Zest Quest Asia as a culinary competition that would help raise the profile of Asian cuisine and cookery as a future career for budding chefs in Britain.
